Music Computing picks up where Open Labs leaves off
After leaving Open Labs in 2010, I started up Music Computing to continue product development and production of state-of-the-art computer-based musical instruments. Some of the products include the following:
StudioBLADE is the world’s most powerful musical keyboard production station. It can be equipped with up to dual Xeon 6-core processors for a total of 12-cores, 192GB of RAM and terabytes of storage. It can run any music software of plugins and will allow music producers to create music containing hundreds or even thousands of tracks. It is offered in several different configurations including a variety of controllers as well as a 22″ touchscreen. StudioBLADE is available for Windows 7, 8 and 10 as well as a MacOS X version powered by an internal Mac mini computer.
ControlBLADE is an all-in-one keyboard production station based on a midi keyboard controller designed for studio and live use. It’s light (28 lbs), portable and durable…perfect for travel. ControlBLADE can be equipped with up to an Intel i7 processor and 32GB of RAM, which is more than sufficient for professional music products. Priced starting from $2,499, ControlBLADE is a great value as well.
NARU is a designer keyboard production station for those who require the finest quality materials and perfect style in their musical instruments. Inspired by exotic cars included those from McLaren and Ferrari, NARU is available in a glossy metallic finish, garment grade top grain leather or iced out.

ControlBLADE was designed for laptop based music producers and performers. It provides all the other components needed and integrates with any laptop to create a seamless instrument.
